Are we different?

We are. We didn't start designing websites because we loved design, we started our own ecommerce business 6 years ago, and had to learn the hard way how to tame the web. Now we use our finely-honed skills to help our clients succeed, sell more than they thought they could and use technology in ways they didn't think were possible. We still have our original online business, now joined by 4 others, and it is still profitably trading with no paid marketing.

Two principles guide us:

1. That technology should make a business more profitable and
2. That a website should generate sales.

We use our own ecommerce systems, we know how design affects sales in the 'real-world', we know how to attract, convert and retain visitors. We redesigned the site to give it a more corporate feel, improved the display of stock with larger, better quality images and increased the content that could be seen by the search engines. Flash was used to add interest and to rotate current stock on the homepage.

Coupled with a new clean, corporate design, we built a course management system to store the course details and their dates and locations. Together with search and browse features this means that visitors can quickly find and enquire about a course.
